Travel across multiple rural sites, evaluate and treat, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. We offer a housing stipend, CEU allowance, paid time off, and mentorship to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license (or eligibility) in at least one state; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OT services across rural healthcare settings.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Deliver ADL retraining, functional mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on safety and independence.
• Adapt to new work environments, teams, and patient populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff for coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team culture.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or anticipated degree).
• Current OT license (or eligibility) in at least one state we serve; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
