Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel to clinics using own vehicle.
• Experience completing nutrition counseling and writing nutrition care plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Certifies clients for participation in the WIC Program and conducts nutrition education.
• Documents nutritional assessments and care plans in medical records.
• Provides nutrition counseling, education, and breastfeeding education.
• Travels to clinics as needed and maintains service standards.
• Participates in outreach, wellness programs, and staff training.
• Attends staff meetings and professional development 90% of the time.
• Ensures efficient clinic flow and adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
