Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Location: Telecommute

Responsibilities

1. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
2. Confirm appointments with borrowers in advance of closings.
3. Print and prepare closing packages.
4. Meet with borrowers at your home or neutral location within your coverage area to conduct real estate closings such as Refinance, HELOC, Purchase, Reverse Mortgages, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Notary License required.
• Familiarity with legal documents and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience with E&O/Malpractice insurance is recommended but not required.

Requirements

Must have a computer, internet connection, and a home office setup.

Compensation

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
