Qualifications

• Dermatology medical assistant experience required.
• Mohs surgery assisting experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMA/Modernizing Medicine.
• Strong communication and patient care skills; calm, organized multitasker.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures including skin checks, biopsies, excisions and Mohs surgery.
• Assist during Mohs and dermatologic procedures with precision.
• Document patient visits in EMA accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked and organized procedure rooms.
• Sterilize instruments per protocol and safety standards.
• Triage patient calls and relay relevant messages.
• Submit prescription refills as directed by providers.
• Ensure pathology and lab reports are uploaded for follow-ups.
• Contribute to teamwork, respect, and high standards of care.

What You'll Do

This Clinical Mohs Medical Assistant position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, procedure-based setting. You'll be a key part of our clinical team, supporting our providers in delivering exceptional dermatologic and surgical care.

Daily Responsibilities Include

• Prepare patients and exam rooms for procedures, including skin checks, biopsies, excisions, and Mohs surgery
