• Coverage Area: Midwest Regions (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama)

Job Overview

Responsible for repairing and maintaining all medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment, including performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. You will operate a company-owned service vehicle to visit customers and conduct onsite repairs, which may include forklifts, trailers, and tractors. Road calls will be required as needed. The duties are performed independently, with little to no supervision. Must be equipped with personal hand tools (tools stored in the service bed of the truck).

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy duty diesel truck engines, diagnostic/troubleshooting skills, understanding of internal combustion engines, and ability to identify main components.
• Self-starter with computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite & internal systems), strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Class A/B License preferred for some positions
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate
• DOT Brake/Annual Inspection certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
