Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions is seeking a Millwright for the Ennis, Texas area. The role supports regional facilities in the repair and service of rotating equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, fans, and mixers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of rotating equipment repair experience, basic machining/welding/electrical knowledge, and good communication skills. Travel up to 75% and overtime may be required, with a travel premium when outside Ennis.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience repairing rotating equipment (pumps, gears, motors, belts)
• Basic knowledge of machining, welding, and electrical practices
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and climb tanks or structures
• Willing to overtime up to 80 hours and travel as needed

Responsabilités

• Service, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on rotating and mechanical equipment
• Align pumps, gearboxes, motors, and belt-driven systems
• Maintain service/repair records and safe, clean workspace in compliance with procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with customers, coworkers, and team members to maintain strong working relationships
• Identify tasks beyond normal duties and assist others when applicable
• Maintain safe work practices and hazard recognition
