Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in millwork, carpentry, or finish trades.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and millwork shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise millwork installation crews and subcontractors on active job sites.
• Perform routine quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project managers.
