Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing efforts for projects requiring strong coordination, leadership, and decision-making. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

The PM will coordinate field teams, manage safety, QA/QC, and site logistics, and liaise between the client and project team to protect both company and client interests throughout all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience.
• Experience managing trades valued at $50MM.
• PMP certified preferred.
• Experience with large/complex safety plan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Leading and administering the safety program for the project.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to support schedule delivery.
• Developing and maintaining the site logistics plan with the General Superintendent.
• Performing QA/QC to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Communicating daily progress and issues to stakeholders and project team.
• Leading preconstruction meetings and coordinating field activities.
• Tracking progress and assisting in recovery planning as needed.
• Managing permit processes and project close-out activities.
• Demonstrating the company’s Core Values and safety responsibilities.
