Traveling MEP Manager - MSG - Healthcare

Position Overview

This is a full-time traveling position supporting healthcare projects across the United States. The role reports to the Healthcare Market Segment Group and requires prior healthcare project experience, which is strongly preferred.

  • Travel: Extensive travel across the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives.
  • Ensure project compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards.
  • Lead and develop MEP staff, including performance evaluations.
  • Manage procurement, budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close-out.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in MEP systems with progressive responsibility.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of project management and scheduling software is desirable.
  • LEED accreditation is preferred.
Physical & Work Environment

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs, ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The work environment may include exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, and chemicals, with moderate noise levels.
