You will coordinate with the Outreach Coordinating team to schedule visits and securely upload documents into Centauri’s database.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speak, read, write).
• 2+ years in a professional office environment.
• Familiar with Medical Records components.
• Intermediate/Expert knowledge of EMR systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve records from assigned medical facilities using company-provided equipment.
• Process records and documentation according to Centauri Health Solution standards.
• Provide end of day updates and reports to supervisor after completing an assignment.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the provider facility by complying with legal requirements.
• Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and procedures.
• Return all Centauri Health Solution equipment upon contract term date.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards and regulations.
