Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Traveling Medical Equipment Delivery Service Technician to support patients in Fargo, ND and to cover vacancies at other branches. The role involves delivering respiratory equipment, educating patients on safe use, and addressing issues in home environments.

You will be the face of the company, building trust through regular, face-to-face interactions and precise documentation for compliance and billing.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Current state issued driver's license.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment up to 165 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van up to 16 feet.
• Educate patients on safe use and care of respiratory equipment.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide hands-on support.
