Job summary

Ethos Therapy Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver, service, and maintain durable medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities near Greer, SC. Daily travel in a company vehicle is required, with trips potentially extending 250+ miles.

The role includes on-call rotations and strict adherence to safety and compliance policies. Typical duties include scheduling deliveries, maintaining records, and demonstrating equipment use to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years driving experience; insurable at standard auto rates.
• Customer support experience.
• Proficient with standard technology devices and apps (phones, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pickup, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.
• Adheres to all company safety and compliance policies.
