Ethos Therapy Solutions in Bristol, PA is seeking an Entry-level Technical Specialist to deliver, remove, service and maintain durable medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and may cover a 250+ mile service area.

You will schedule deliveries, keep records, demonstrate equipment use, and participate in on-call rotations. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Customer support experience.
• Proficient with standard technology devices and apps (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance and repair activities.
• Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
• Works on-call rotation.
• Responsible for all general warehouse and fleet vehicle upkeep.
• Adheres to all company safety and compliance policies.
