Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) Float to support physicians and technologists across multiple Minnesota clinics. The role includes patient prep for injections, vitals, and handling medication communications, with travel between Blaine, Edina, Plymouth, and other metro sites.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and DailyPay, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant education program.
• CPR certification required.
• Travel between sites is required; reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam room.
• Take and record patient vitals and temperature.
• Assist provider or PA in room as needed.
• Enter patient information and locate records; relay messages.
• Enter medication refill requests.
• Coordinate with supervisor regarding medications.
• Assist with IVs and oral sedation as needed.
• Prep patients for injections with the injection department.
• Monitor patient flow and discharge with proper documentation.
• Call or fax prescriptions to pharmacy and follow up on medications.
