Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) Float to support physicians and technologists across multiple clinics in the Twin Cities area. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with travel to Blaine, Edina, Plymouth and other metro sites as needed.

DailyPay is offered, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus applies. Responsibilities include patient prep, assisting with injections, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel between sites is required; transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance is required for driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam room.
• Take and record vital signs and temperature.
• Assist PA/physician assistant in the room as needed.
• Enter patient medical information and locate records; relay messages.
• Process medication refill requests and communicate with supervisor on medications.
• Start patient IVs as needed and assist with injections prep.
• Monitor patient flow and manage appointments and follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient flow with scheduling and front office; manage supplies.
