Qualifications

• Comfortable with back office responsibilities.

• Proof of current vaccinations required.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients from reception to exam room and document vital signs.
• Stock exam rooms with supplies and clean between patients.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and complete requisitions.
• Filing of all scanned paperwork daily.
• Fax clinic schedules to physicians for next clinic day.
• Prepare travel charts weekly and distribute mail daily.
• Answer telephone calls and register patients.
• Process billing information and ensure superbills are completed.
