The Korte Company is seeking a traveling Master Electrician to oversee electrical construction projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will supervise journeymen, enforce safety standards, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating complex specs and NEC codes.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel (80–100%). Master Electrician license or ability to obtain in several states is required, with Journeyman license and

Qualifications

• Master Electrician license required or ability to obtain in multiple states.
• Journeyman Electrical License required.
• 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site or large-scale projects is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80–100%).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical activities.
• Lead, schedule, and manage field crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Interpret and enforce drawings, specs, and NEC codes.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and other trades.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Provide progress reports and updates.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve conflicts efficiently.
