Role Responsibilities

The Field Operations Manager is a full-time, entry-level management role offering hands-on experience with opportunities for promotion based on performance. Advancement to a General Manager is achievable within 3-4 years.

Training & travel involve initial training at the home location, followed by nationwide travel supporting store operations, with all travel arrangements managed and paid for by the company.

  • Freight handling and forklift operation
  • Managing inventory and reduction initiatives
  • Creating material estimates from blueprints
  • Supporting staffing and operational projects
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Full-time availability (48+ hours/week)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
