The role involves traveling to properties across regions to perform unit turns, repairs, and capital projects, while maintaining high standards of safety and service to residents. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance or construction experience, strong multitrade skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance or construction experience
• Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with unit turns, renovation projects, or high-volume maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties across regions to provide maintenance support and property stabilization
• Perform unit turns, repairs, capital projects, and emergency maintenance
• Complete skilled tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and basic HVAC
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues with minimal oversight
• Support inspection preparation and rapid project completion timelines
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and project updates
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow OSHA/company safety standards
• Represent the strike team professionally on site and provide excellent service to residents and site teams

As a key member of our team, you will travel to properties across multiple regions to provide maintenance support and property stabilization. • Travel to properties across multiple regions to provide maintenance support and property stabilization
• Perform unit turns, repairs, capital improvement projects, and emergency maintenance work
• Complete skilled tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and basic HVAC
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently with minimal oversight
• Support inspection preparation and rapid project completion timelines
• Work alongside regional teams to maintain company standards and improve property performance
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and project updates
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materialsMaintain a safe, clean work environment and follow OSHA/company safety standards
