B&B Theatres in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee facility upkeep for a bowling and theatre complex. You will maintain bowling lanes, pinsetters, arcade machines and seating systems while ensuring a safe, inviting environment for guests and employees.

The role requires 40+ hours weekly with night, weekend, and holiday shifts. A minimum of 4+ years in maintenance and a valid driver's license are required; travel and overnight stays may be necessary for long trips.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of prior experience in general building maintenance, commercial repairs, automotive work, or mechanical equipment servicing.
• Proficiency with moving mechanical parts and hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly to fulfill job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain and repair bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other entertainment amenities.
• Repair and maintenance of the building, including furniture and walls.
• Run errands and support travel as required, including overnight stays for trips beyond 150 miles.
• General cleaning of facilities and assisting other duties as directed by supervisor.
