Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Games and Bowling Technician to maintain and repair bowling lanes, arcade games, and amusement attractions across our Family Entertainment Center. You will calibrate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance to keep experiences running smoothly.

The role requires attention to safety, thorough inspections, and strong teamwork. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in this on-site US position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bowling alley maintenance, arcade game repair, or similar mechanical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with amusement attractions, arcade games and related equipment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Bowling Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and adjust bowling lanes; troubleshoot pinsetters and ball returns; perform preventive maintenance; ensure cleanliness of lanes and related equipment.
• Amusement Attraction Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect rock climbing walls, ropes courses, laser tag systems; ensure safety and compliance; address wear or hazards.
• Arcade Games Management: Maintain and repair arcade games, kiosks, readers, and redemption equipment; inspect cabinets, controls, and wiring; monitor performance.
• General Responsibilities: Maintain records of maintenance and repairs; follow safety protocols during tasks; assist with other facility maintenance as needed.
