Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Travelling Handyman to support facility operations across a multi-site footprint. The role handles general maintenance, light repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and fixture work to keep locations safe and operational.

The Travelling Handyman will also support capital construction and installation projects, travel about 50% of the time, and cover day and some 2nd shifts. OSHA 10 and EPA 608 are preferred; valid license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience in commercial or multi-site facilities.
• Experience with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and fixtures.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with regional coverage.
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification required.
• EPA 608 certification, aerial/scissor lift, or forklift training a plus.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel by air and ground.
• Background check/drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs across Daniels Health facilities.
• Complete minor electrical and plumbing tasks within license limits.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, shelving, signage, and safety equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Support capital construction and equipment installation projects.
• Read drawings, work orders, and equipment specs.
• Stage materials and coordinate with trades on site.
• Travel to multiple sites (approx. 50%).
