Job summary

Adecco is seeking a mechanically inclined technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on rail yard equipment, engines, hydraulics, and conveyors. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, reading technical manuals and schematics to diagnose issues, and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.

Travel is a core part of the position, with assignments at multiple rail yards both domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license and a current U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize safety.
• Valid driver’s license and current U.S. passport, as the role involves domestic and international travel.
