We are looking for a reliable and skilled Traveling Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys variety and traveling for work. In this role, you will be responsible for performing commercial maintenance and repair projects across multiple locations, delivering exceptional service to clients. This is an hourly position that offers the chance to

Responsibilities

• Work independently or collaborate with a crew, based on the job requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, responding promptly to requests and tasks.
• Arrive on time for appointments and maintain clean, safe work environments at all times.
• Complete each job fully or implement temporary solutions when necessary.
• Provide your own basic tools and ensure you have reliable, well-maintained transportation for travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with a range of commercial repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting.
• Availability for on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to address emergency situations.
• Strong experience in concrete work, including finishing and repairs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to completing tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Must own a smartphone and have basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails and texts).

Compensation

$20 - $24 hourly
