SiteMaster, Inc. is hiring a Lead Low Voltage Installation Technician based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. In this role, you will lead a 2-person crew and ensure the installation and repair of electrical components within various systems. The position requires a flexible schedule and extensive travel, with a requirement to work on projects across the United States.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Safety and professionalism are paramount in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience wiring and terminating low voltage electrical systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to travel 70% of the year throughout the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 2-person crew in installation and repair tasks.
• Manage logistics, including mobilization to job sites and handling materials.
• Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems.
