GRBS Inc. is seeking a Traveling Lead Custodian for a full-time shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in Eagle, MI. The role serves Ionia Public Schools and Portland Public Schools, with 40 hours per week and a traveling responsibility within Michigan.

Responsibilities include leading a cleaning team, executing the cleaning process, and ensuring safety and accountability. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, daily pay, health insurance, and a 401(k), along with opportunities for advancement.

• Candidates 18+ with valid identification.
• Must have valid Auto Insurance.

• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other tasks as assigned.
