GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools. This full-time, second-shift role supports school facilities through cleaning, supervision of a cleaning team, and ensuring safe, welcoming spaces after classes.

You will work Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm or 3:30pm to 12am, 40 hours weekly, at $16 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays after one year, PTO, daily pay, health insurance, and retirement options.

• Must be 18+ years old with valid identification.
• Must be dependable and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsabilités

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and related tasks.

We have the following full-time LEADcustodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

LEAD Core Responsibilities:
