Job summary

Usms Holdco Llc in Georgia seeks a dependable Landscape Floater to support landscaping across multifamily apartment communities and commercial properties. Travel between properties is required; a company truck is provided for travel and occasional overnight or out-of-state assignments may be necessary.

You will perform mowing, edging, pruning, mulch installation, irrigation inspections, and contribute to property beautification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multiple property teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to provide landscaping support as needed.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, weed control, and debris removal.
• Install mulch, pine straw, sod, flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal landscaping.
• Assist with irrigation system inspections and minor repairs.
• Support landscape enhancement, pressure washing, and property beautification projects.
• Conduct quality inspections and identify landscaping issues requiring attention.
• Assist onsite crews to ensure work is completed safely and to standards.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials between properties.
