Job summary

Coastal Bloomers, a division of Dynamic Landscape, is seeking a dependable Landscape Field Technician to join our St Simons Island team. This hands-on outdoor role values quality work, attention to detail, and a readiness to assist where needed.

Responsibilities include planting, bed maintenance, minor irrigation support, and transporting materials to sites. Candidates should have driving capability, tool-handling skills, and a strong work ethic for outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Landscaping, Horticulture, Gardening, Or Grounds Maintenance Experience Preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable driving a company truck and pulling/backing a utility trailer.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Plant identification, pruning, horticultural, or irrigation knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain flower beds, planting areas, and containers.
• Complete small landscape installations and seasonal color projects.
• Install mulch, pine straw, soil, plants, edging, and other landscape materials.
• Perform detailed pruning, grooming, and plant maintenance.
• Assist with minor irrigation repairs and adjustments.
• Deliver plants, materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Operate company trucks and utility trailers safely.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, job sites, and warehouse areas.
• Identify and communicate landscape, plant, irrigation, or equipment issues.
• Assist with other field and operational needs as assigned.
