Traveling Laborer – (Lewis Run, PA)

Traveling Laborer's role involves processing customer-supplied parts/equipment at the customer's location using company-provided tools. The applicant must have the ability to learn and retain skills in at least one of the following areas: certified welder, mechanical polisher, surface finish technician, or VTII certified quality technician.

1. Willingness to travel to customer sites with 24-hour notice from Lewis Run, PA. This position does not have standard hours and days due to the nature of the work.
2. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
3. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching above and below shoulder level, and fine finger manipulation. Work environment may be dusty (metal dust).
4. Must meet customer-specific requirements such as site training, safety protocols, testing (drug, COVID, etc.), quarantine, vaccination, background checks, and others.
5. Proficiency in using tools and equipment such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, grinders, saws, clamps, cranes, slings, chains, power supplies, air tools, pumps, sanders, grinders, pressure washers, etc., after training.
6. Basic computer skills, ability to perform basic math, interpret safety and operational documents, and complete paperwork accurately and neatly.
7. Physical ability to serve as a confined space attendant (training provided).
8. Ability to distinguish colors and have clear close and distance vision.

This is a full-time hourly position with a starting rate of $22.00 – $35.00 per hour. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, 401(k), paid time off, vacation, holidays, bereavement leave, and more.
