Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated Traveling Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites or other project locations. The Laborer will perform physical labor, operate machinery, and use hand tools to contribute to the successful completion of projects. This role involves travel between MO, LA, FL, AR, TX, with an allotted per diem and covered hotel stays. Travel is approximately 80% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction of structures or other projects as needed.
• Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate machinery and use hand tools effectively and safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
