SLA is seeking a Kitchen Manager Floater to support multiple school sites by leading cafeteria operations wherever coverage is needed. You will supervise kitchen teams, ensure safety standards, manage inventories, and stay compliant with regulations while traveling between sites.

The role requires ServSafe certification, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to different kitchens on short notice. This full-time position offers daily site travel and collaborative teamwork with school staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained before start.
• Experience as a kitchen manager or lead is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Food service and inventory management experience.
• Willingness to travel daily between school sites.
• Must pass background checks and MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between school sites to lead kitchen operations.
• Oversee food production, service quality, and safety standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on recipes and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering/receiving.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Support school nutrition program procedures.
