Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners is seeking a Traveling Journeyman Electrician to perform hands-on electrical work on large commercial projects across multiple sites. You will travel as required, operate as a W2 employee, and earn overtime and per diem where eligible.

The role offers a stable hourly rate ($45–$48) with weekly earnings potential and the chance to continue on future projects after current work concludes. Extensive NEC knowledge and blueprint reading are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience performing commercial/industrial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical regulations.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, plans.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, schematics and diagrams; data center wiring experience is a plus.
• Layout and complete electrical installations; troubleshoot systems and components.
• Ensure electrical work complies with NEC requirements, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Mentor Electrical Apprentices in the field as needed.
