Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) in Minnesota is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install photovoltaic systems and support on-site electrical projects across the region. You will read drawings, follow codes, manage materials, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with foremen to meet safety and production goals.

The role requires 5+ years in solar or electrical construction, a valid Journeyman license, DC/AC knowledge, and a willingness to travel within Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• 5+ years of experience in solar or electrical construction.
• Familiarity with photovoltaic (solar) systems and DC/AC configurations.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and specifications.
• Ability to travel extensively across Minnesota (overnight stays required).
• Valid driver’s license with a history of safe driving.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
