Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for a Janitorial Crew Member. This full-time, permanent role involves cleaning duties across facilities, with shifts that include days and nights and some weekends.

Starting pay is $15.92 per hour, with potential extensive driving within a multi-state radius and occasional overnight shifts. The position requires experience in building and warehouse cleaning, knowledge of floor care, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques for floor types (vinyl, tile, carpet, concrete, hardwood).
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Present and maintain valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Clean hard surface floors (sanitize, scrub, strip and finish).
• Scrub and burnish various floor surfaces; steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Extract carpet and wash windows; clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; notify managers about major repairs.
• Back up for crew members and occasional overnight shifts may be required.
