Job summary

PerimeterSecurityPartners seeks a motivated traveling Installation Superintendent to install AVB, security fencing, gates, bollards, conduit pathways, and passive vehicle barrier equipment at ACPs across the United States.

You will manage AVB/PVB installation at sites, supervise 2–4 crew, procure materials, track labor hours, and prepare daily reports while coordinating with project managers and client representatives.

Qualifications

• HighSchoolDiplomaisrequired.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinengineering,constructionmanagement,orarelatedfieldispreferred.
• Minimumofthreeyearsofexperienceasaconstructionsupervisor/foreman,orsuperintendentisrequired.
• Minimumoffiveyearsofexperiencewithexcavation,theplacementofreinforcedconcrete,and/ortheinstallationofindustrialfencing.
• Abilitytoreadandunderstandconstructiondrawingsandinstallationdetails.

Responsibilities

• Directlysupervise,train,monitorattendance,andassigntaskstoinstallationcrewandensuretheprojectiskeptonschedule.
• Monitorworkersinconstructionmethods,equipmentoperation,safetyprocedures,andcompanypolicies.
• CoordinatecloselywithPSP’sGeneralSuperintendent,PSPProjectManagers,Clientsiterepresentatives,andotherpersonneltosafelyconductassignedworkwhileminimizingoperationalimpacts.
• Create the3-weeklook-aheadscheduleanddeliverweeklyupdatestotheProjectManager.
• Overseeworkplansandteamactivitiestoensurecompliancewithapplicabledesignandcontractdocuments,safetycriteria,andcompanypolicy.
