Ably Built LLC is seeking an Installation Lead to drive high-profile commercial FF&E and glazing projects nationwide. Based in Provo, UT, you will direct small teams, ensure quality installations, and mentor junior installers across cities.

The role requires 2+ years in glazing or FF&E, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license. Travel readiness, physical fitness for lifting 75–100 lbs, and comfort working at heights are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial glazing, FF&E installation, or commercial construction.
• Ability to lead a small crew and mentor others in a fast-paced field environment.
• Proficiency with power tools, glazing equipment, and commercial door hardware.

Responsibilities

• Direct small teams in the precise installation of glazing systems and FF&E.
• Lead by example teaching temporary workers and junior installers to build furniture and fixtures.
• Identify and resolve onsite needs and communicate with the Foreman.
• Interpret shop drawings and elevations to ensure alignment and level.
• Oversee safe rigging and staging of heavy glass and framing materials.
• Correct sub-standard work to meet craftsmanship standards.
• Coordinate with other trades and provide daily progress updates.
