Job summary

INX International Ink Co. seeks an Inplant Ink Tech to serve at a customer site, acting as a liaison between INX and the client. The role includes starting up new customer programs, coordinating in-plant projects, weighing and mixing ink, and supporting press needs through inventory management.

The position requires strong color matching skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer site as liaison between INX and customer.
• Support inplant ink projects and new customer startups.
• Weigh and mix batches of ink; manage inplant activities.
• Coordinate inventory levels for press needs; receive and rotate stock.
• Perform color matching and inplant maintenance.

Job description

This role offers a starting range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Tech for our customer's site. The Traveling Inplant Ink Tech will be a liaison between INX and the customer. You will be responsible for:

• Employee coverage
• New customer start ups
• In-plant projects
• Weighing up batches of ink
• Mixing batches of ink
• Coordinating inventory levels for press needs
• Receiving and rotating stock
• Performing color matching
• Performing inplant maintenance

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Are able to cover other shifts if needed
• Are clean, professional and self-motivated
• Have flexibility with scheduling
• Have previous experience in the ink industry
