Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking an Inplant Ink Tech to operate at a customer site in New York. The role involves weighing and mixing ink batches, coordinating press inventory, receiving and rotating stock, and performing color matching to meet specifications.

Strong math, verbal and written communication, plus proficiency with MS Office are required. Lifting up to 50 lbs is expected; color vision testing may be required. Prior ink-industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $24 to $30 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking an Inplant Ink Tech for our customer's site. The Inplant Ink Tech will be a liaison between INX and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Weighing up batches of ink
• Mixing batches of ink
• Coordinating inventory levels for press needs
• Receiving and rotating stock
• Performing color matching
• Performing inplant maintenance

Qualifications – Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to cover other shifts if needed
• Clean, professional and self‑motivated
• Flexibility with scheduling
• Previous experience in the ink industry
