Overview

Responsibilities

• Travel and work out of town for multiple weeks as required by project locations.
• Be client facing and apply knowledge of commercial construction processes on projects.
• Maintain high standards of safety and uphold company safety policies and procedures.
• Contribute to project quality and uphold the company values with each client and project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience with these types of projects: Warehouse, Cold Storage, Food/Beverage Facilities, Manufacturing facilities
• B.S. in a Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
• Must have a work history with a General Contractor
• Able to travel and work out of town multiple weeks in a row
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven history of upholding those policies and procedures
