Job summary

Heat Tech Industrial is seeking an experienced Superintendent for coatings and painting. You will lead a traveling crew using conventional and airless spraying on Western US projects, applying coatings to structural steel tanks and ensuring quality finishes.

Candidate should have strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate with clients and subcontractors across multiple sites. The role requires flexibility, travel, and potential overtime, with per diem where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an industrial coatings team.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce project schedules and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Coordinate work with contractors and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Manage site safety and ensure adherence to protocols.
