Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a proactive in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers across locations. This traveling role requires visiting multiple store sites, building displays, resetting shelves, and rotating products to maximize sales.

You will track inventory and collaborate with store teams, with travel up to half the time. No prior experience is required as full training and team support are provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working in retail environments.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities; ensure shelves are stocked.
• Travel is a primary requirement, up to 50%+ of the time.
