Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will model professional care with safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices, while ensuring patient safety and consistent service.

This part-time role requires an active state Pharmacist license and an active NPI, and you must be willing to travel within the district to support market staffing and patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Serve as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Support immunizations and patient care in collaboration with the pharmacy team.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and CVS Health policies.
