Job summary

Conco Services LLC is seeking Hand-Lancing/Hydro-blasting Technicians to remove deposits from condensers and heat exchangers at power plants and refineries across the United States. This 100% travel role requires living near a facility for training and resources.

You will operate high-pressure water blasting equipment, follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied environments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Entry Level - good mechanical skills; previous hydro blasting or applicable experience, 6 months or one outage/turnaround season.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work away from home as needed.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background checks.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment to clean deposits from condensers and heat exchangers in power plants and refineries.
• Load and unload hydro-blasting gear; assist with setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Travel nationwide; reside near an operation facility for training requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements in confined spaces and varying environments.
• Perform routine manual labor and handle tools, lifting up to 50 lbs.
