Conco Services LLC is seeking Hand-Lancing/Hydro-blasting Technicians to remove deposits from condensers and heat exchangers at power plants and refineries across the United States. This 100% travel role requires living near a facility for training and resources.

You will operate high-pressure water blasting equipment, follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied environments nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Entry Level - good mechanical skills; previous hydro blasting or applicable experience, 6 months or one outage/turnaround season.

Hydro Technicians need to have the ability to mobilize on short notice to travel and perform work in our customers' facilities across the country. Airfare/lodging/daily per-diem provided.*This is a 100% Traveling job, throughout the US, overnight*Conco Services LLC is seeking several dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Hand-Lancing/Hydro-blasting Technicians for cleaning condensers in Power Plants and Petro-Chem refineries throughout the Country. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our industrial maintenance operations, ensuring that all our customers' equipment is functioning optimally and that all tasks are completed safely and effectively.***While this is a traveling position, our technicians are required to live within a reasonable distance of one of our operations facilities to accommodate training, equipment, and other necessary resources.Position SummaryThe Hand-Lancing/Hydro-blasting Technician will be responsible for but not limited to operating high-pressure water blasting equipment to clean and remove deposits, coatings, and obstructions from industrial surfaces, pipes, tanks, and other systems. This role involves manual handling of high-pressure lances and hoses, requiring precision, safety awareness, and physical stamina. The technician must adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow company and client procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials, high pressure equipment, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures. Rotational schedules and extended shifts are common. Safety is a top priority, with rigorous training protocols and PPE including hard hats, gloves, and high-visibility clothing provided to mitigate risks. This role may involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold weather. Employees will spend time traveling between job sites.
