Job summary

JM Mechanical is seeking dependable HVAC Installers to join our installation team. This hands-on role covers commercial and residential HVAC system installations in Salt Lake City and along the Wasatch Front.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and willing to work long hours. Responsibilities include assisting lead installers, handling tools and materials, operating vehicles, and traveling Monday-Friday across Idaho and Montana.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment and materials.
HVAC or construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with HVAC equipment and system installations.
Load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, materials, and components.
Safely operate company vehicles and pull trailers to job sites.
Assist with ductwork, equipment placement, piping, wiring and other installation tasks.
Follow plans and safety procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles and a clean work area.
Work safely and efficiently as part of an installation crew.
Travel throughout Idaho and Montana Monday-Friday.
Perform other duties related to HVAC installation as assigned.
