Overview

JM Mechanical is a well-established & growing HVAC company based out of Cache Valley, Utah. We are looking for hard‑working candidates who can work away from home, Monday to Friday, with weekends off, then return as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation, efficiency, and code compliance.
• Lead HVAC installations from layout through commissioning, including refrigeration, ductwork, and equipment startup.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Diagnose system issues and perform advanced repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Supervise and mentor entry‑level installers and apprentices on the job site.

Qualifications

• Traveling is required.
• Experience in HVAC is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Full‑time only – regular overtime is required.
• Pay: Performance evaluation after 90 days.
