Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a reliable Hot Tub Technician to keep hot tubs and spas clean, safe, and guest-ready across multiple vacation rental properties. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and travel between sites on a daily basis, delivering professional service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• 2 years of basic property maintenance preferred.
• Comfortable with water chemistry, tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of hot tubs and spas.
• Test and balance water chemistry and ensure tubs meet company standards.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure guest-ready tubs.
