Job summary

Viking Utility Services, a Danella Company, is seeking a field technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment across Florida. The role involves travel to various company yards and job sites, and requires the ability to work on-site at locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in heavy equipment repair/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, and operation.
• English proficiency required.
• Your own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex preventative maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment.
• Service as needed equipment (including, but not limited to, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, etc).
• Performs tasks per preventative maintenance checklist.
• Must be able to work at job sites.
• Check and report conditions of equipment on fleet programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
