The role requires a 10+ year track record in healthcare construction, a four-year degree in construction management or equivalent, and willingness to travel within a 6-hour radius.

Qualifications

• 10 years minimum experience on healthcare construction projects.
• Willing to travel within a 6-hour radius.
• Four-year degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct craftsmen and subcontractors on site while ensuring quality, safety and schedule conformance.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, project manager and planning to meet drawings, specs, and timelines.
• Develop and enforce project plans, change orders, and safety programs.
• Report progress, performance, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
